This year’s annual conference is virtual. It will be live-streamed through Crowdcast on August 25 and 26. Think of Crowdcast as your window into the entire conference experience. (To learn more about Crowdcast, check out their “Attendee Quick Reference Guide.”)
You must register for the conference before August 25 and 26 so that we can be ready for you.
How to Register
To register, first access HCA’s new Learning Management System (LMS).
Upon clicking the LMS link, you will be prompted to create a user profile that will be used for the next stages of registration. This takes just a few seconds to complete. (Please note that this user profile is new and different from any account information you may be using for HCA’s website or other HCA accounts.)
From there, you can select your registration options and make payment.
After registering, you will receive several e-mails with information to support your participation on August 25 and 26.
Your first e-mail, a confirmation, will be sent to you upon registration with “what you need to know.” It will contain a link to view the conference agenda on our LMS platform. All of the conference materials, our virtual marketplace and session archives will be housed here. (We suggest you bookmark the page for future reference once you receive the link.)
Follow-up Access Instructions
Shortly before the conference date, you will receive another e-mail. This e-mail, from HCA Education & Research via Crowdcast, will provide you with instructions on how to set up your profile and join the event so that you are ready to go live on August 25!
Ten minutes before the conference goes live you will receive a “JOIN NOW” link to join the live stream event on August 25.
Your registration includes the live event, bonus on-demand content, PLUS two weeks of access to all archived conference (the archive ends September 14, 2020).
